DELIVERY INFORMATION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER COLLABORATION FOR DELIVERY
Some Chillzz pools have large dimensions and require sufficient space and suitable access for a safe and successful delivery. Customer cooperation is essential to ensure a smooth delivery process. Please carefully read the following information before placing your order.
Street-Level Delivery
Standard Delivery Service
As a general rule, all Chillzz products are delivered at street level.
The customer is responsible for arranging sufficient assistance to move the pool from the unloading point to its final location.
Access Requirements
The unloading point must be accessible by a suitable transport vehicle.
For the 240 cm Round Pool, access must allow for a TIR truck of up to 18 metres in length.
The access road must:
Be paved (tarmac, concrete or equivalent)
Be suitable for heavy vehicles
Allow safe manoeuvring and unloading
Be free from obstacles such as low branches, cables, parked vehicles or narrow passages
If access restrictions exist, the customer must inform Chillzz before placing the order.
Home Delivery & Installation Service
In selected regions, we may offer a home delivery and installation service.
Availability depends on the delivery location and site accessibility.

Deliveries with Difficult Access
Our pools are delivered fully assembled and cannot be disassembled for transport.
Before ordering, the customer must carefully verify:
Access widths
Heights and clearances
Gate dimensions
Corners and turning points
Surface conditions
Final installation location
Product dimensions are listed on each product page and should be checked carefully before confirming your order.
Any special circumstances must be communicated in advance.
Deliveries can only be carried out when safe execution is possible.
Important
Pools cannot be transported in elevators (except certain small oval models).
Pools cannot be moved down of stairs.
Round pools can be rolled on their side.
Maximum weight of the largest round pool is approximately 77 kg.
Transport Costs
Transport prices shown on quotations or the website are indicative and may be adjusted due to:
Fuel price fluctuations
Exceptional transport conditions
Remote delivery locations
Additional delivery requirements
Any changes will always be communicated before shipment.
We deliver to Portugal/European Union/other countries if applicable.
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time indicated at checkout.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the customer to cancel the order, refuse the goods, or claim compensation, unless otherwise expressly required by applicable mandatory law.
Scratches, Dents & Rustic Appearance
Chillzz pools are authentic galvanized steel stock tanks manufactured in North America and transported over long distances by truck, sea freight and road transport.
Due to the nature of international transportation, cosmetic imperfections may occur, including:
Dents
Scratches
Surface marks
These do not affect:
Structural integrity
Water tightness
Product performance
Warranty coverage
In many cases, these marks contribute to the unique rustic character that makes stock tank pools so special.
Delivery Damage Procedure
If significant transport damage is observed upon delivery:
Step 1
The damage must be clearly noted on the carrier's delivery document or electronic signature device before signing.
Step 2
Photograph the damage immediately.
Step 3
Report the damage within 24 hours by email to:

Failure to note transport damage on the delivery document may prevent us from submitting a claim with the transport company.
