Cold water in the tub touches the hot metal surface of the stove or flows through channels (often called a “water jacket”). Hot water rises, cooler water sinks, this creates natural convection (a gentle thermosiphon) that moves the water through the heater without a pump.

Due to the industrial manufacturing process and international transport, minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, surface irregularities, coating variations, or minor seepage around seams, rivets, or fittings may occasionally occur. These characteristics are normal for this type of product and do not affect the structural integrity, durability, or intended use of the pool. The tanks are shipped from the United States in nested stacks of three tanks to optimize transport and reduce environmental impact. As a result of the manufacturing and nesting process, slight dimensional variations may occur. The actual diameter and height may vary by approximately 5–10 cm from the nominal dimensions stated on the website. Minor seepage or dripping does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not a valid reason for cancellation, return, refund, or replacement of the product. In the rare event that minor seepage occurs, Chillzz will provide appropriate sealing material and instructions to remedy the issue quickly and effectively. Customers agree to allow Chillzz a reasonable opportunity to provide a suitable remedy before any warranty claim can be considered. Only significant structural defects that render the product unusable and cannot be reasonably repaired shall be considered a valid warranty claim.
