Note:
The tub must be positioned at least 25 cm higher than the heater to allow for natural water circulation. This setup ensures that the hot water can flow upward effectively.

The actual diameter and height may vary by approximately 5–10 cm from the nominal dimensions stated on the website. Minor seepage or dripping does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not a valid reason for cancellation, return, refund, or replacement of the product. In the rare event that minor seepage occurs, Chillzz will provide appropriate sealing material and instructions to remedy the issue quickly and effectively. Customers agree to allow Chillzz a reasonable opportunity to provide a suitable remedy before any warranty claim can be considered. Only significant structural defects that render the product unusable and cannot be reasonably repaired shall be considered a valid warranty claim.
