Chemical Use and Warranty Exclusion

Our stock tank pools are designed to operate with minimal chemical treatment. Certain chemicals, including but not limited to chlorine, bromine, salt-based systems, acids, alkalinity adjusters, shock treatments, and other water treatment products, may damage sealants, protective coatings, fittings, and galvanized steel surfaces.

Excessive or improper use of chemicals can accelerate corrosion, cause rust formation, discoloration, deterioration of sealants, and reduce the lifespan of the pool.

For this reason, any damage, corrosion, leaks, deterioration of sealants, rust, staining, or other defects resulting directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, overuse, incorrect dosing, or improper maintenance of chemical products is expressly excluded from warranty coverage.

Customers are responsible for regularly monitoring and maintaining water quality within recommended parameters. We strongly recommend the use of ozone treatment systems and limiting chemical use whenever possible.

The warranty remains valid for manufacturing and structural defects not related to chemical use or improper water maintenance.

 

Owner Maintenance Responsibility

The owner is responsible for routine maintenance, including periodic inspection of fittings, sealants, and connections. Chillzz recommends draining, cleaning, and inspecting the pool at least twice per year. Minor maintenance and replacement of sealants due to normal wear, environmental conditions, water treatment products, or aging are considered normal maintenance and are not covered under warranty.
